Garuda Aerospace starts global expansion with HiiLSE Drones in Malaysia

Plant to focus on cutting edge technology

Chennai, India: Garuda Aerospace Pvt Ltd, one of India’s leading drone companies has teamed up with HiiLSE Global Sdn Bhd (HiiLSE Drones) to set up Southeast Asia’s first and largest HiiLSE Garuda Aerospace Plant. The plant will be spread over 2.42 hectares in Malaysia with an investment of Rupees 115 crores. The partners aim to focus on providing cutting-edge technology to both the government and private sectors all across the region.

Garuda Aerospace is one of India’s leading drone companies and manufacturers of 30 different types of drones and offers over 50 types of services such as precision agriculture spray, industry 4.0 up-gradation services, structural damage inspection, warehouse management, seed dropping, solar panel cleaning, project monitoring, drone delivery of medicines for hospitals and drone delivery of packages for food.

Garuda Aerospace intends to have a global footprint that impacts society in a positive way using robust technology that increases efficiency and reduces costs.

Having such a plant in the region would create 3000 new jobs centered around drone expertise.”
