“Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today”- Malcom X

As per my experience of 30+ years in the skill orientation industry and training and contributing for more than One lacs lives through my seminars, webinars, and personal coaching and while working in various roles in Industry and academia, I am still surprised that why still education of schools and colleges are focusing on obtaining good grades or collecting certificates and degrees.

However, most of the students after completing formal education are looking for good opportunities and find it difficult because when they face interviews, they get to know what is missing for them because of a lack of awareness or situation they fail to adopt.

This scenario is more visible in Tier 2 and 3 cities and especially in rural areas, there are some schools are colleges that understand these concepts and adopt creative teaching techniques and provide skills-based education, so they can better employability rates and their students are getting placed with better prospects and getting Jobs which is taking them to progressive career.

I recommend a sure shot 100% recipe to build a successful career, one needs to have a blend of Knowledge, Skills, Attitude, and Habits in the proportion of 20%, 30%, 30%, and 20% to make a successful KASH which will be bringing CASH to live not for survive.
