The Maharishi University of Information Technology, Lucknow campus, invited the fintech startup Financekaart to host a campus placement drive on August 8, 2022. 100 students from a variety of programs, including B.tech, B.com, BBA, M.com, and MBA, collectively participated.
The head of training and placement, Mr. Vijay Biswas, honored Mr. Ganga R. Gupta (founder and CEO) and Mr. Rahul Agnihotri (regional manager-business development) to start the drive. Then, the students listened to Mr. Ganga provide an outline of the company so they could learn more about it and how it operates.
The kids were given an aptitude test after the company was enthusiastically introduced to them. After the aptitude test, group discussion rounds were held in batches. Nearly 60 candidates were chosen for further consideration after the outcomes of the aptitude test and the group discussion rounds.
Mr. Ganga R. Gupta, Mr. Rahul Agnihotri, and the other members of the Financekaart HR team interviewed the selected students. Out of 60 students, a total of 10 were chosen for the BDM profile. The Vice Chancellor of the University congratulated the entire Financekaart team as the drive came to an end.
