**Abhishek Gaggneja**: Thank you for having me. The journey of Goodveda began from a personal success story. A few years ago, I was diagnosed with diabetes. Instead of solely relying on conventional medicine, I turned to Ayurvedic remedies and made significant lifestyle changes. This approach not only helped me reverse diabetes but also ignited a passion for bringing the benefits of Ayurveda to a wider audience. Hence, Goodveda was born in September 2023, blending ancient wisdom with modern science to offer holistic wellness solutions.

**Startup Reporter**: That’s truly inspiring. What has been the response from the market since your launch?

**Abhishek Gaggneja**: The response has been overwhelmingly positive. Within nine months of our launch, we’ve achieved ₹2 crore in revenue. This reception shows that people are seeking out sustainable and holistic health solutions. Our product range, which includes nutritional supplements, Ayurvedic remedies, healthy snacks, and comprehensive wellness programs, has resonated well with our customers.

**Startup Reporter**: Speaking of products, tell us more about your recent introduction, ‘Millet Crunchies’ – Milletious. What motivated you to enter the healthy snack segment?

**Abhishek Gaggneja**: We noticed a growing demand for healthy, convenient snack options. Millet Crunchies – Milletious was our answer to this demand. Millets are highly nutritious, sustainable, and align perfectly with our brand’s ethos of promoting health and wellness. By entering the snack segment, we aim to offer our customers a tasty yet healthy alternative to traditional snacks.

**Startup Reporter**: Goodveda recently secured ₹2 crore in pre-seed funding and plans to raise $1M USD this year. How do you plan to utilize these funds?

**Abhishek Gaggneja**: The funding will be instrumental in our growth strategy. We’re planning significant capacity expansions and are excited about introducing new products through our Omni Channel Approach. This means enhancing our presence in ecommerce, quick commerce, and select retail stores across India. Additionally, our recent partnership with Barista will help in increasing our brand visibility and accessibility nationwide.

**Startup Reporter**: That sounds promising. Could you elaborate on your Omni Channel Approach and how it plays a role in your expansion plans?

**Abhishek Gaggneja**: Our Omni Channel Approach is about being present wherever our customers are, ensuring they have access to our products seamlessly. This includes expanding our ecommerce platforms, engaging in quick commerce to offer faster delivery options, and establishing a presence in select retail stores. This multi-faceted strategy allows us to reach a broader audience and cater to varying customer preferences.

**Startup Reporter**: As the founder, what has been your biggest challenge so far, and how did you overcome it?

**Abhishek Gaggneja**: One of the biggest challenges was establishing trust and credibility in a market saturated with wellness products. To overcome this, we focused on the quality and authenticity of our offerings. Every product is backed by extensive research and adheres to stringent quality standards. Moreover, sharing my personal story and the real-life impact of our products has helped build a strong connection with our customers.

**Startup Reporter**: With your extensive experience in leadership roles at Conceptol LLC in the USA and Yoga Brands in India, how has your background influenced your approach at Goodveda?

**Abhishek Gaggneja**: My diverse background has been immensely beneficial. Working in technology and marketing research provided me with insights into market trends, consumer behavior, and the importance of innovation. My stint at Yoga Brands deepened my understanding of health and wellness. Combining these experiences has helped me steer Goodveda towards becoming a cornerstone in holistic health solutions, focusing on both innovation and authenticity.

**Abhishek Gaggneja**: Our vision for Goodveda is to become a leading nutritional food brand in India.
