Startup Reporter recently conducted an interaction with Mr. Natwar Agrawal, Founder & Director of Bacca Bucci

Could you briefly introduce yourself and the history of this brand?

Bacca Bucci is a renowned footwear brand now which was just a hypothetical idea back in the year 2012. It took Bacca Bucci several years to be what it is now and during those years we have invested uncountable hours of effort, unimaginable plans, unspeakable strategies and several sleepless nights discussing the growth. Bacca Bucci has seen all the phases of ups and downs and has been on top with multiple scars of victory and survival during the phase even when the digital world was just a name, but over vision kept us going.

Why did you decide to work in the fashion sector even though you are a licensed Chartered Accountant? Please provide some information about it.

Yes, that is true that I am a licensed Chartered Accountant by profession but I have had this vision of setting up my own brand, not just a brand but my own expertise of products in the best possible price and quality guaranteed. I wanted to be known to people and that too for a specific reason. Also, one thing that motivated me was the fact of seeing people not able to buy things even when in need and that is something which has forced me to step into this field.

What challenges did you encounter when creating Bacca Bucci?

We encountered a lot of problems during the phase until Bacca Bucci landed into the market. Following is the enlisting-

  • Landing a proper plan
  • Collecting resources
  • Crashed Market Structure
  • No sign of audience
  • No taste in Trend

Why did you decide to call your line of shoes Bacca Bucci?

Bacca Bucci got its name from the idea itself, we wanted to come up with something which has never been heard before, something intriguing and more relatable to the brand itself. We are an iconic brand that is synonymously associated with fashion and limitless creativity.Bacca Bucci is a symbol of self-confidence, uniqueness and authenticity.

 What are the objectives of Bacca Bucci as a footwear company? How are you going to make it bigger?

Bacca Bucci is primarily focusing on its customers on priority. Our objectives are to provide the best class Shoes and Sneakers and we hold a mission to see our products serving every segment of the society, be it middle, lower or rich. We have this vision of seeing everyone using Bacca Bucci and claiming to have received the best till date in best price and quality guaranteed. 

Could you tell us about the shoes’ design and the environmental impact?

Bacca Bucci is well known for its initiatives and the steps it takes to reduce the environmental waste. Innovation comes with great minds (not flaunting), but yes, speaking facts it costs us a lot of time to think what difference we can bring to the customers. We always wanted to be unique and one of a kind and that is why we are planning to implement single use of plastic in our footwears and also implement 3 R’s in i.e.; Reuse, Reduce and Recycle.

What are the brand’s long-term objectives, and how do you want to expand your global presence?

Bacca Bucci’s longer term objective is to stay in the race with the same pace and expand its wings in other domains and make it work globally as well. We firmly believe that our products are unique and best in quality as per the price and with this fact we are sure enough to make Bacca Bucci a success globally.
