Senem has experience in human resources function in finance, telecommunications & technology, and life sciences industries and has worked in organizations like organizations like Akbank, Turkcell, Abbott, Takeda and Sanovel.
She is a graduate of business administration from the top university in Turkey (Middle East Technical University), she participated to several leadership development programs in INSEAD and IESEE, she completed CTI Coaching program and she is certified in change management.
