January 21: Saugirdas Vaitulionis is the Editor-in-chief of famous international fashion magazine L’officiel Hommes Lithuania, opinion leader and well-known influencer in Lithuania. Saugirdas Vaitulionis was born on 24 February 1982 at Panevezys and than moved to the capital Vilnius.
