In the last few years, the growth of women in the field of business has increased immensely. Their involvement in the business has contributed to the economy. The increase in the involvement of women in business has helped strengthen the economy in many ways. Kriti Gupta is a founder of TEX Technology Exchange and discover Uttar Pradesh, she started in Lucknow in December 2015 with the motive of providing IT opportunities and facilities to youth and clients in my own city. She believes in the concept of “beti padhaao and beti employ Karo” as girls are very much able to give their best in every task assign to them and have an inborn quality of being great multi-tasking and creativity.
