Must read

On Inventors day which is celebrated on the account of Sir Thomas Alva Edison birthday. As a news portal it is always our idea to connect with extra ordinary people in life who have made things in such a way that has helped the man kind. In todays date nobody talks about invention as such and nobody cares about the customized invention which can actually change the look and feel of the home or office, not the décor of the house. We are talking about the first impression of the house from distance are the exterior door and windows which create massive impression on the people who are viewing it from outside. Fortunately we got a chance to interact with one such amazing person.Mr Manish Bansal

Q: So how do you see your brands 15 year journey.

MB: Having said that, moving forward with your question, to be honest, I personally don’t get  feel of joy, because always  I am short of my target, what I achieve wanted to achieve. So I keep working towards it. Let’s put it like this. So we achieved to say about 125. My target was about 140. So there was no joy for me. It was rather, I could not achieve it. It will be probably similar this year. So I have entangled my mind and my thought process accordingly, that I always set my targets high and keep working towards it. This is because a few years back, I had an opportunity to listen to Mr. Uday Kotak in a very, very close group, say about 10, 15 people, facilitated by CII Delhi. And Mr. Kotak stated one line, and which is embedded in my mind, is that he mentioned, when does an entrepreneur fades? And when does the graph of an entrepreneur starts to fall? And it is the day when he starts thinking he is successful. Absolutely. So he starts stop, he stops doing things because of which he is successful. Absolutely, absolutely. So that very well explains the particular answer of mine.

Q2: How do you select your city for setting up your business.

MB:one when we say 70 plus cities, every brand and every product, if you look at, everyone has kind of a main market, core market and some important markets. So, having said that, core markets are important markets  very similar to all the competition, wherein it really depends, depends how you cater the market that gives you success. Having said that, choosing a market basically is on the ground. There are a lot of things, like today, we know  there will be a lot of development happening in Ayodhya in the next one decade.my focus will be Ayodhya for a very long time now. So, I’m just giving you one example, like Gujarat for that matter is one. So, it really depends on the geopolitical things.

Q3: Which particular role is more difficult Business Owner or Business Leader.

MB: Both roles are challenging they comes with their own challenges you cannot draw a line which is more challenging as owner you need to take decision which are hard at the same time as leader you need to take call that are in support of your team.

Q4: How do you go with sustainability product or green products. Second how do you go with design or technology that can go in sync with Go Green Initiative.

MB: So I would like to take it from the top India as a nation has to start much faster in terms of execution for the sustainable product usage. Talking for PR activity or sharing on paper won’t solve the problem. Government has to bring more initiatives for the end user to go for sustainable products and services. Government need to bring more initiatives that can drive more discount options or policy as foreign nations where sustainability is taken in to consideration they are doing lot more for the user. How Window magic is doing is UPVC product that we make uses  a tag line of Greenline From Germany. We ensure that while making of the product emission of toxic fumes can be reduced.  We got appreciated by the RERA.
