Zolve launches a new Scholarship Program for students to study in the U.S

Mumbai / Bengaluru, June 28, 2022: Zolve, India’s first neobank enabling global access to financial services, today announced a scholarship program for incoming Fall ‘22 batch students going to study in the U.S. Zolve, founded in 2020, enables immigrants to build their financial futures globally and is the only neobank in India to offer access to a U.S. bank account, debit card, and a high limit credit card to immigrants even before they arrive in the United States.

Zolve has the highest market share in financial services for Indian students in the U.S. of Indian-based neobanks and has more than 300k sign-ups on its app. Students can apply for a scholarship by signing up on the Zolve website during the offer period with the referral code – ZSCHOLAR. Participants can then complete the Zolve scholarship application process by submitting the basic KYC documents including a copy of their passport. The winners would be selected on the basis of sweepstakes and all the participants hold an equal chance of winning.  Sweepstakes ends at 9:29 am IST and 11:59:59 p.m. EST on 30th September 2022. The winners will be announced on Zolve’s social media pages. Zolve will deposit the scholarship amount directly in the winners’ Zolve accounts.

Speaking on the scholarship program, Mr. Raghunandan G, Founder & CEO, Zolve, said, “As travel opens up after the pandemic, there is a strong revival in the number of students applying for a U.S. Visa for education this year. Our scholarship program is an initiative to bridge the gap between knowledge, talent, and opportunity. It will benefit those students who have secured admission for studies in an institute of their choice in the US. We’ve been hugely successful in providing a solution — access to a formal banking system and credit facilities to all international students in the U.S. and this scholarship program aims to help the selected students offset the costs related to their first year of study or their initial living and personal expenses.”

The scholarship program for students is in addition to a number of measures launched by the company to enable a smooth transition for students migrating to the US. Zolve is helping students get a FREE U.S. SIM card or even find the potential available F1 visa slots after signing up on Zolve’s website – https://zolve.com/
